At Footnotes, we want you to love every step you take in our curated footwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original designer box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
